SkartaNYAB Plc: Share issue directed to Power Forze AB’s shareholders has been executed and trading in new shares begins

SkartaNYAB Plc announced on 26 August 2022 that it arranges a directed share issue for Power Forze AB’s shareholders as a part of the transaction regarding the acquisition of all shares in Power Forze AB. Acquisition and decisions regarding the related share issue have been executed, and new shares have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register. Trading in new shares begins at Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland today.

4,006,400 new shares in SkartaNYAB Plc were issued in the directed share issue. Subscription price was paid as an in-kind consideration with shares in Power Forze AB. SkartaNYAB Plc’s new total number of shares is 706,658,238.

Power Forze AB is consolidated to SkartaNYAB Group’s financial statements as of 1 September 2022.
